Find the strength within yourself and believe that no matter how hard it gets, you are strong enough and capable of achieving anything you put your mind into. Always reminding yourself that as long as you believe in it, as long as you are putting all the hard work and energy into your goals and dreams nothing can stop you from achieving that which you deserve, not even your mind. So brush off the negative self talk, pick yourself up if you fall down, and never stop believing in the idea that you deserve to live a happy, healthy, and prosperous existence.
